Poem I wrote today.. 'Existence Alone '

Never been betrothed, nobody wanted my hand,
Not a life's choice, Just life's plan,
Films to tell my stories to the world,
This is the way I can be heard.
Day is done in front of a movie camera,
Homely solitude T'is no glamour...

Love is blooming everywhere like pages of a book,
Though not for me  to touch I'd love to take a look.
Wonder If I'll ever find the one I seek?
Years, or month or even next week...
I'm not looking, just missing my second dove,
I forget the feeling for such is this existence without love?

Sure in the past I've made mistakes but  circumstances I cannot change,
Loved all alone and loved in a cage,
In my dreams I walk with him hand in hand,
Hell is waking in no mans land
Ponder if I'm meant to walk this life alone?
Is it my lesson like the wind to be blown?

Never settled for long,wishing for a constant companion by my side,
Pretend to be accepting of this, but  time again I've lied..
If somehow my soul mate is out there then please hear my call
Promise these words, (give to you) my heart, my soul, my all.
And If by chance this is not to be,
Then please take me home soon and cast me (ashes) under the beautiful tree...
